One Two Tree endeavours to process all orders within 1-4 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery within Australia and 2-14 working days for international deliveries.

Within Australia, we use a courier service via Interparcel and Shippit. We also use Australia Post. For your peace of mind, we can track all deliveries at each step of their journey.

Internationally, we use Fed Ex and UPS express couriers and delivery is usually within 2-14 days. Please be aware International Customs is out of our hands. One Two Tree can not be held accountable if Customs opens, inspects, interferes or damages your delivery or packaging.

If you live within regional areas of Australia or Internationally we reserve the right to adjust the postage price accordingly to your order.
